Brief Profile of Directors
- Vardhman Jain Tijaria is the Chairman & Managing Director of our Company. He has been on the Board since incorporation. He is a visionary entrepreneur and has played a pivotal role in expanding the business operations of our Company. He has a work experience of around7 years in various business verticals. He completed his Master of Arts in Marketing Communications from Middlesex University, London in the year 2016. He currently looks after the overall sales and marketing as well as purchase operations of the Company. Under his guidance, our Company has witnessed continuous growth.
- Arihant Tijaria is the Whole-time Director and CFO of our Company. He completed his Master of Science in International Business Management from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England in the year 2019. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(ACCA). He has an experience of around5 years in various business verticals. He currently looks after the finance, accounts, production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain of our Company.
- Seema Jain Tijaria is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. She has an experience of over 7 years in the field of human resources & administration. She completed her Master of Arts (Public Administration) from the University of Rajasthan in the year 2003.
- Ayushi Patni is the Independent Director of our Company. She has an experience of around 3 years in the field of web designing and computer operations. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer in the year 2018.
- Aditya Jain is the Independent Director of our Company. He has a work experience of around 3 years in accounts and finance. He completed his Bachelor in Commerce from Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur in the year 2014. He is currently working as Accountant in a private entity.
